Membership Hotel Policy:

www.lounge.ph, inc. is a Members Only BnB (Bed and Breakfast).  As such, we require our guests to sign up for membership at AirBnB or this site prior to check-in.  We require a copy of bio-page of your passport if you are not a citizen of the Philippines.  Local residents are required to present any two of the following identification - 1. Philipine Passport 2. Drvers License 3. SSS/GSIS ID or any government issued identification.

All guests spending the night or entering the building are required to present Valid IDs  as described above.

Cancellation Policy: Canceling your reservation or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
 

Rate Description: Additional savings for holders of EU or US passports.

Pet Policy: Guests are not allowed to bring pets with the exception of guide dogs into the hotel according to local health and hygiene regulations.
